Long flute carbide end mills are designed with an extended flute length (L1), making them well-suited for deep side milling operations. The additional length allows for more extended cuts and facilitates access to hard-to-reach areas. This also promotes efficient coolant flow and enhances chip evacuation. It minimizes chip accumulation, ensures effective material removal, and improves cutting performance and efficiency.

 

HGT's long flute carbide end mills are equipped with ALTiN coating. ALTiN coating is suitable for hardened steel HRC45~65, both dry and wet cutting.
